What is
Concierge Medicine?
Concierge medicine is the way primary care was always meant to be: a trusted, long-term relationship between you and your family physician, supported by a dedicated healthcare team.
At Med2, enrolment is intentionally limited to preserve the quality and responsiveness of care. This allows us to provide proactive, thoughtful care with a strong emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and physician availability when it matters most.
Our programs
Med2 offers two concierge medicine programs designed to meet different needs for physician availability and ongoing care.
Regardless of the program you choose, your physician is supported by a team of nurses and medical concierges who help coordinate care, manage follow-ups, and respond to medical concerns by phone, email, or in-office visits.
The Gold Program provides comprehensive preventative and primary care during office hours.
- Comprehensive annual preventative health assessment (including comprehensive laboratory testing, ECG, and vaccine review)
- Follow-up visits as required
- Consultations for medical concerns arising (additional laboratory or diagnostic tests may incur fees, often covered in part by private insurance)
- Secure email communication with the medical team during office hours
- Comprehensive annual preventative health assessment (including detailed medical review and comprehensive laboratory testing)
- Follow-up visits and additional investigations as clinically indicated
- Consultations for any medical issues that arise (Additional laboratory or diagnostic tests may incur fees, often covered in part by private insurance)
- Dedicated contact information allowing you to reach your care team 24 hours a day, giving you peace of mind that help is only a phone call away
Gold Program
Physician availability on weekdays, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
The Gold Program provides comprehensive preventative and primary care during regular office hours.
- Comprehensive annual preventative health assessment (including comprehensive laboratory testing, ECG, and vaccine review)
- Follow-up visits as required
- Consultations for medical concerns arising (additional laboratory or diagnostic tests may incur fees, often covered in part by private insurance)
- Secure email communication with the medical team during office hours
Platinum Program
24/7 Physician availability, evenings, weekends and holidays
The Platinum Program is designed for individuals and families who value the highest level of physician availability and continuity of care.
- Comprehensive annual preventative health assessment (including detailed medical review and comprehensive laboratory testing)
- Follow-up visits and additional investigations as clinically indicated
- Consultations for any medical issues that arise (Additional laboratory or diagnostic tests may incur fees, often covered in part by private insurance)
- Dedicated contact information allowing you to reach your care team 24 hours a day, giving you peace of mind that help is only a phone call away
